By registering, accessing, or using Factugo services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

3. Service Description

Factugo is a digital platform that offers:

• Digitization of receipts and invoices using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology.
• Management and organization of personal and business expenses.
• Automatic analysis of spending patterns.
• Generation of financial reports and statistics.
• Cloud synchronization across multiple devices.
• Multi-platform access (web, iOS, Android).

4. User Registration and Account

4.1. Requirements

To use our services you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and access credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Factugo will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Plans and Pricing

5.1. Free Plan

Includes 5 free invoices with access to basic platform features. No credit card required.

5.2. Premium Plan

Cost: $4.99 per month. Includes up to 100 monthly invoices and advanced features. Subscription renews automatically each month until canceled.

5.3. Enterprise Plan

Custom pricing based on customer needs. Includes unlimited invoices, multiple users, and dedicated support.

5.4. Price Modifications

We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days' prior notice. Changes will not affect already paid periods.

6. Billing and Payments

6.1. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by our provider Wompi. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers.

6.2. Automatic Renewal

Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the beginning of each billing period, unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

6.3. Taxes

Prices include applicable taxes according to local legislation.

7. Refund Policy

7.1. 30-Day Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

7.2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal activities or fraud.
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or malware.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts.
• Overload or interfere with the platform's infrastructure.
• Copy, modify, or distribute our software without authorization.
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, logos, and materials of Factugo are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal or business purposes.

10. Data and Privacy

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% platform availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for temporary interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control.

12. Limitation of Liability

Factugo is not liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
• Errors in data extraction via OCR.
• Decisions made based on reports generated by the platform.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or platform notice 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions.
• We detect fraudulent or abusive activity.
• We are required by law or court order.

15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Colombia.
